jicama (or radishes or kohlrabi) chopped

mango sliced

coconut milk

lime juice

curry powder

cilantro or mint

Directions

Mix together jicama (or radishes or kohlrabi) and mango.

Add coconut milk, lime juice, curry powder and cilantro (or mint).
